Watch: David Ross Leads Spring Training Staff Meeting

One of the best features of Marquee Sports Network’s broadcasts was having players mic’d up and talking about what was happening on the field. In that same vein, Cubs Productions went behind the scene to capture manager David Ross talking to his coaching staff during Spring Training.

The video below shows Ross holding court with his trademark energy, respect, and humor. You can also see bench coach Andy Green and pitching coach Tommy Hottovy communicating the day’s live batting practice strategy, a feature of spring training that was more frequent this year.
