Watch: Patrick Wisdom Crushes 2-Run Home Run

Patrick Wisdom is on fire. He just proved it by hitting this 2-run bomb that brings the Cubs within one run in the bottom of the 4th inning.

Manager David Ross decided to pinch-hit for Jason Heyward, which put Wisdom in a position to do some damage off the bench. It worked out rather nicely.
