Kyle Tucker entered Sunday’s game 0/19. He flew out to the warning track in the first inning, still awaiting his first hit as a Chicago Cub. He didn’t have to wait long, with a home run off of Landen Roupp coming just over an hour later.

Tucker hit 23 home runs in half a season last year before he got injured. He’ll look to continue his elite offense in Chicago. Then maybe he’ll sign an extension. Maybe a few Giordano’s gift cards will be enough?
