Report: Cubs, Pete Crow-Armstrong Finalizing Long-Term Extension

As first reported by Jeff Passan, the Cubs and Pete Crow-Armstrong are working on a long-term extension. The Gold Glover and 30/30 man has publicly mentioned that discussions were ongoing, but he recently downplayed the possibility of a deal coming together soon. It looks like the Cubs got a lot more serious than the last time they made an offer, and they managed to get it done before Opening Day.
